Our meeting is on the last night of the AVMA Convention, AVMA is in Seattle this year. Dr. Johnson-Delaney will be giving 8 lectures (Sat, Sun) on Small Mammal Medicine, Washington State Convention Center.

Aug: no meeting. Attend AAV/AEMV/ARAV in Milwaukee

Sept: Liane Sperlich: Acupuncture in Exotic Animals

Oct: TBA

Nov 17: Mike Garner: Excretory Pathology

Dec: Holiday gathering



We are a not-for-profit corporation in the State of Washington, since 1991. Our purpose: Education and training for avian and exotic animal veterinarians, interested veterinary practitioners, veterinary technicians and veterinary students. Services of the association: education, networking, continuing education. Attendance at our meetings qualifies for Continuing Education credit, State of Washington.

Membership is $20.00 calendar year. We send out newsletters monthly with the previous month's lecture notes. If you are a veterinarian, veterinary technician or veterinary student, please contact us via questions@anwaevet.org or come to a meeting.
